During our vacation in western Washington, my husband and I stayed at Comfort Suites Burlington Washington with our service dog for seven nights. We declared our service dog during check-in and were told there would be no pet fee charged. However, upon entering the lobby, our dog barked, and Caleb, the staff member, called us liars and scammers. He insisted on seeing proof that our dog was a service animal or else he would charge a pet fee. After an argument, he charged us the fee. Caleb then harassed and bullied us throughout our stay. On the day of checkout, we found out that one of our tires was flat, and it had been slashed with what was possibly a box cutter.
