Service Dog

We stayed at Comfort Suites Burlington Washington for a week with my service dog. Although we had declared that we had a service animal with us at check-in, the hotel staff member, Caleb, accused us of lying when the dog barked in the lobby. He demanded proof that our dog was a service animal and, when we couldn't provide it, charged us a pet fee. Caleb's behavior became worse, and he harassed and bullied us each evening we returned to the hotel lobby. On the day of checkout, we discovered that one of our tires was flat and had been slashed.

Our seven-night stay at Choice Suites in Burlington, Washington was marred by the poor treatment we received from Caleb. His behavior towards us was unacceptable and left us feeling extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We believe that it is important for guests to receive respectful and courteous service, and unfortunately, this was not the case during our stay. We hope that the management at Choice Suites will take steps to ensure that this type of behavior is not repeated in the future and that guests are treated with the level of professionalism and kindness that they expect and deserve.
